Auditing:
Our auditing services are steeped in the time-honored tradition of honesty and integrity. Geared to support everything from complex organizations to simple engagements, our audit clients come from a wide variety of services and industries including entertainment, real estate ownership and development, and farming industries. We perform audits under government auditing standards or “Yellow Book” rules for Title II loan correspondents, as required by H.U.D. We can also perform audits for 401K plans that are required by the Department of Labor and are well versed in providing auditing services for homeowner associations.

Reconstructions:
On occasion, a client finds there is a need for reconstruction of the financial past. The result of neglect or lack of knowledge, these situations are often complex and require a great deal of reconciling and balancing of accounts before accurate records can be achieved. Recommended only as a last resort, if and when a reconstruction is needed, we will make a frank assessment of the situation and identify a positive course of action.

Reviews and Compilations:
Reviews are engagements that provide reports with limited assurance. Falling directly below the level of assurance provided by an audit and above that of a compilation, we perform review engagements for construction contractors and others that require this level of assurance for bonding requirements or the needs of lenders.
Compilations are engagements that provide reports without assurance. A valuable tool for a lender or other third party for a relatively simple business entity, compilations without disclosure are the lowest level of financial statement we provide.

Agreed-Upon Procedures:
Agreed-upon procedures engagements are special purpose engagements that may be provided to meet the needs of a client or third party. The engagement does not result in a report on the financial statements taken as a whole. We routinely perform agreed-upon procedures engagements for credit unions that are required to report to the National Credit Union Administration.

Accounting Services:
As an added support, our staff provides accounting services on an as-needed basis for clients who do not require CPA-prepared financial statements. Typically, these clients are able to cope with day-to-day accounting needs but require additional assistance to get books in shape for year-end tax reporting services.
Many of our clients use either QuickBooks or Peachtree accounting software. We can support either system. Usually the files can be attached to an email. We can also support Quicken although in our experience, this system is suitable only for very small, and simple business entities.
